Grounded in the voices of the Mission and informed by over 50 years of place-based work, MEDA’s 2025–2030 Strategic Plan outlines our vision for economic mobility, community growth, and lasting impact—here in San Francisco and beyond.
This Strategic Plan is both a recommitment and a step forward. It builds on the strength of what our community has already achieved, while charting a course for deeper impact in the years ahead. Through bold goals and collaborative strategies, we aim to expand affordable housing, grow community-owned businesses, strengthen family support systems, and advocate for policies that protect and uplift the Mission District.
